Design Challenge:

A recently established child care business specializing in out-of-school care for children with autism or cognitive impairments approached me with the need for a visual identity that aligns with their values and mission. They also required a website to effectively showcase their unique approach and services to potential clients.

My approach:

During this project, my primary focus was to maintain continuous communication with my clients at every stage. We delved into discussing their branding, selecting the most suitable colors for their work with children. It was important for the branding to exude cheerfulness and brightness without overwhelming intensity.

Process:

Starting from the bottom, I wanted to establish a good logo design. While communicating with the client I developed a fitting color palette and logo to go along with the website I would develop.

After designing the logo I started working on multiple prototype versions of the website, on different platforms aiming to create an engaging visual concept for my client. After choosing a suitable design, I got to work on coding the website.

Coding the website was a big achievement in the project, and I really loved working on it. I got to coding and before we knew it the site was online. Visit it at Gemi!
